Our client’s happiness is important. Please be considerate of other clients by being prompt for your appointment. A single late client can cause a "domino effect" resulting in multiple client services being delayed or even worse, cancelled. For this reason, you may be asked to reschedule if you do not make your scheduled appointment time. Our stylists are in high demand. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please give AT LEAST 24 hours notice to give our stylists time to accommodate other clients. In order to keep a pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, we ask that no unsupervised or unattended children under the age of 13 be left in the reception area. In addition, we ask that cell phones be turned off while in the salon. Payment is due and payable at time of service. P.J. & Company accepts cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
